As a fully-trained counsellor I am qualified to work with many different issues, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, anger, trauma, life coaching and relationship problems.
About me and my practice
I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds and love meeting and building relationships with new clients. I am told that I am incredibly easy to talk to, and exceptionally non-judgmental and warm. I am also very solution-focused. We will together work through whatever is bothering you to find a way forward that works for you. If you are struggling with something that is outside my experience I would be happy to make a referral for you.
I am a fully qualified member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) with a Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling. I also hold a BA(Hons) degree and have many years of experience as a professional communicator.
I live and work in north west London, and am happy to see clients online (my preferred platform is Zoom) or in person in a counselling room close to my home.
